Looking after our Church Building

Holy Trinity, Theale is a listed building being of special architectural and historic interest. The Bodley angels in the sanctuary are an example and look also in the History section. The church is a feature of the Berkshire landscape.

It is the home of a warm and loving church. Maintaining such an important and large building is very costly.

church has a number of projects requiring capital in order to carry them out. It would be lovely to provide access for wheelchairs to the church if we could find a way and had the money, providing a meeting area and storage space in church and..... well, there are lots of improvements that are impossible at the moment.

Unavoidable repairs and replacements:

Work to the roof has been an unavoidable repair. It has cost us hundreds of thousands of pounds and we are grateful for all those who have helped us complete all this.

Other projects include lighting and electrical work,

Any contribution you can give the church will help however large or small.
